As the provider of this website, we are legally obliged to inform you about the purpose, scope and type of collection and use of your personal data. Personal data is individual information about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person.
When you visit our website, data is collected, processed and used for which a personal reference cannot always be ruled out.
In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address must be collected and stored. We use the company Wix as our provider. As a rule, an IP address is currently assigned dynamically by your provider. This address usually changes regularly, so that we cannot establish a personal reference from the IP address itself. In individual cases (e.g. with so-called static IP addresses), however, it would theoretically be possible to establish a personal reference.

As a provider, however, we have no interest in establishing a personal reference and will not do so as a matter of principle. In detail, the following data record is stored for each retrieval by your end device (PC, cell phone, etc.):
* IP address of the accessing device,
* Operating system of the accessing device,
* Browser version of the accessing end device,
* Name of the retrieved file,
* Date and time of access,
* Amount of data transferred,
* Referring URL.
The stored data is only analyzed for statistical purposes and not to establish a specific personal reference. The data is also used to enable errors to be rectified. The access statistics are compiled by our provider once a day (every night) retrospectively for the current month and stored for a maximum of 6 months. For data protection reasons, these IP addresses have been anonymized using a mathematical procedure and marked with a prefix “anon.”. This means that the first two or three numbers can still be used to draw conclusions about the geographical origin of your visitors, but no individual visitor can be identified.

If you send us an e-mail, it will be stored by us until your request has been dealt with or until any statutory retention obligations have expired. We ensure that the data is stored securely to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. Please note, however, that unencrypted e-mails sent via the Internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
As a data subject, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability in accordance with Articles 15-21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Right to lodge a complaint:
We hereby inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
The controller in terms of data protection is
