FINE&BRIGHT is a Germany-wide event technology company with flat hierarchies, a young team and exciting, varied tasks from all areas of event technology - with us you can realize your potential in the areas of lighting, sound, video, rigging and stage construction as well as set construction.

We offer you varied training at a wide range of different events, including corporate events, conferences, sporting events, festivals, trade fair stands and much more.

We are looking for trainees who would like to enrich our team in the long term, well beyond their training!

 

Your tasks:

• You plan, organize and implement technical concepts for events by planning and installing lighting, sound, video and stage technology according to requirements.

• You support the smooth assembly and dismantling of technical systems, including coordination with other teams and service providers.

• You operate and control professional audio and lighting systems during events to create a unique atmosphere.

• You are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all technical equipment and systems to ensure that events run smoothly.

• You will work closely with event organizers, support us in advising on technical issues and help to implement their visions for events.

 

Your profile:

 

• You have successfully completed your school leaving certificate.

• You are enthusiastic about event technology and events, have a good technical understanding and manual skills.

• You are a team player, reliable and flexible.

• You are willing to continuously develop your skills and deepen your knowledge in the field of event technology.

• A class B driving license is recommended
