Your area of responsibility:

 

• Support of management and project managers in commercial matters

• Preparation of offers, invoices and contracts

• monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments

• Preparatory Accounting

• communication with customers and suppliers

• General administrative tasks in the office

•  

  creation of social media content

• maintenance and further development of our website

Our requirements:

 

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Experience in event technology is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a structured way of working

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Flexibility and resilience, especially when working in a dynamic environment
