How does an LED wall work?

An LED wall consists of numerous pixel modules that combine to form a large video wall. The brightness of the individual LEDs ensures that content is perfectly visible even in daylight. Depending on the location and viewing distance, there are different pixel pitches to ensure the best display for your event.

Yes, you can provide your own content in standard formats (e.g. MP4, JPG, PNG, PowerPoint). Alternatively, we can support you in creating individual graphics, animations or videos that are perfectly tailored to your event.

Does the resolution match the viewing distance?

The optimum pixel pitch depends on the viewing distance. You can use the pixel pitch as a rule of thumb: Pixel distance in mm = 1.3 times the viewing distance to the LED wall in meters. So for an LED wall with a pixel pitch of 2.6 mm, the first person should sit at least 3.38 m away. The smaller the pixel pitch, the more detailed the display - particularly important for events with a narrow audience area.

What sizes and resolutions are available?

Our LED displays are modular and can be flexibly adapted. Here are some example sizes:

📏 5.0 x 3.0 m - Perfect for medium-sized events with up to 300 spectators
📏 6.5 x 3.5 m - Ideal for large events

How much does an LED wall cost to rent?

The cost of an LED wall depends on several factors:

Price example:
A 3.5 x 2.0 m LED wall with 2.6 mm pixel pitch for a one-day event is priced at around €2,500 and €3,500 plus installation & deinstallation, depending on requirements.
